Les Dames d’Escoffier International
Les Dames d’Escoffier International is an invitational organization of women leaders in food, beverage and hospitality professions that strives to promote excellence in the food, beverage and hospitality professions through education, advocacy and philanthropy.
It is a society made up of 30 chapters in cities across North America and Europe. The chapters come together annually at a conference to share, network, and participate in professional development. Members communicate regularly throughout the year, exchanging ideas and information via teleconferences, newsletters, and email announcements. Every member receives a printed membership directory with contact listings for all members.
