Program: New Menu Showcase. Dinner and discussion with chef/owner, Jill Vedaa: Cleveland Challenges – Menu Development, Seasonality, and Local Product Utilization during winter months

2018 has been a big year for Chef Jill Vedaa, to put it mildly. Earlier this year she won Guy's Grocery Games on Food Network. Just as the dust was settling, the James Beard Foundation nominated her, and she was a semifinalist for the Best Chef in the Great Lakes Region. A little over two years ago, she opened Salt+. Join us on Jan. 22 from 6 - 9 p.m. at Salt+, where Jill will talk us through her decision-making process for her locally-inspired menus – especially in winter (what are we supposed to eat...rocks?) and we taste-test her January menu! Both members and non-members are welcome.

Salt+, a Lakewood restaurant specializing in composed small plates, killer cocktails and unique wine by Chef Jill Vedaa and Jessica Parkison of Cleveland, Ohio.
